We are looking for anyone interested in doing a Red Cross standard First Aid and CPR course, sometime in the next month or two, during the evening and/or weekends. Course is 16 hours long and can be done in 1 or 2 weeks, cost is $95 plus HST. Please see Shelley if you or know someone who might be interested, 10 people minimum needed.

Fall Fair: November 1, 2014. This will be mainly organized by Valerie Spencer. Anyone interested in volunteering to help out with this event please speak to her. This event will be similar to the Easter Egg Hunt that was conducted in the spring.

Coats For Kids: November 15 @ Boys and Girls Club 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes: We will be having our packing party in mid November and opening it up to the community. We will be advertising it soon. Please bring any donations of items and place them in the box at the Welcome center. Keep in mind that each box also has a $7 shipping cost. There is a list of items to pack and not pack at the welcome table, please feel free to take home to help with your shopping. More information will be coming soon.
